Egg Chair: a Symbol of Sophistication
Nowadays, designing your homes with furniture has never been easy. With an array of designs, styles and themes to choose from, you are sure to pick up which one works for you and for your home. A Great Movie
Peter and I went out to the movies last night and right in the middle of the romantic part, I leaned over to Peter and made sure he knew to take a good look at the comforter, because I want one just like it (yes, that was me talking).
So we leave the theater and I immediately ask Peter if he remembers what the comforter looked like. Do you think he even had a clue? Typical man. Of course not!
My goal now is to comb over the entire city, looking for a comforter to rival the one I saw in the movie last night. Failing that, I’ll be sitting here in front of the computer looking for the bed comforter set that is now a ‘must have’ on my list. You know I won’t rest until I can rest on that snuggly looking, gorgeous bed. I’ll post again when I’ve made the purchase, to let you all know of my success.
Pulaski Furniture: My Wedding Gift
My wedding was due a week later, the preparations were on go. My dowry was sent to the groom-to-be’s place, my furniture was still left. Choosing furniture was not an easy task for me. There always had been conflict between me and my mother when it comes to deciding furniture.

If I had to design children’s bedroom furniture, I would probably use a lot of jungle themes. I personally love the idea of children in a jungle. I guess because when we are kids everything can be a jungle or turn into a jungle at any given point in time. I love that mystery. Not to mention all my favorite books involve jungles and jungle themes. As children I think we like the idea of swinging off vines and climbing trees and just loving all the nature around us and where else is there more nature than we can imagine than in a jungle. I wonder if that is why they call play area’s jungle gyms. I bet it is. I could only imagine all the possible beds I could design. Like canopy beds with vines and ropes coming down and huge banana leaves covering them, with orchids growing up the poles. How awesome would that be!
